YOUR headquarters and any structure within its build radius can receive damage if your faction does not have a fob constructed

When your FOB or Headquarters receive damage their icon will temporarily turn red indicating that the structure is under attack

THE TOP RIGHT OF YOUR HUD DISPLAYS THE BUILD RADIUS YOU ARE INSIDE. FOBS MUST BE PLACED OUTSIDE OF THE HEADQUARTERS ZONE.

IF YOU HAVE A FOB CONSTRUCTED ENEMIES THAT ENTER YOUR HQ ZONE ARE UNABLE TO DEAL DAMAGE TO YOU OR YOUR STRUCTURES.

your hud will inform you if your hq is secured or vulnerable along with the amount of fobs that are constructed.

You and your team are notified when all of your fobs have been destroyed. your hud will also update the top right stating that your hq is vulnerable again.

WHEN a single fob is destroyed your faction has a cooldown before they can place another. the default timer is 10 minutes. this gives a chance for the winning team to perform a base raid.

after a short duration your fob will be revealed to the opposing team. there is a small grace period to prepare defenses before your location is displayed.


 FAQ

  • The player and their team have complete creative freedom for placing their HQ as long as the skeleton placement is green (terrain is flat and open enough).

  • Yes, enemies can still damage you and vehicles when they are outside of your HQ zone. Structures are still completely immune until you lose all of your FOBs.

  • The max amount of FOBs is dependent on what map you are playing. Typically the Resistance max amount is 2-3 where the combine max amount is 1-2.

  • Your HQ passively generates a small amount of faction resources every 10 seconds. Save up until you can afford to place a new FOB.
